A stainless steel drum tandoor is a charcoal-operated oven with a stainless steel barrel and a clay pot inside. The barrel has a plain design with three straps at the top, bottom, and center for reinforcement, and an ash outlet. The tandoor also has four collapsible stainless steel handles for lifting, pushing, and pulling, and a ceramic-based earthen clay oven installed inside the barrel. The oven is insulated with thermal insulation, blocks, and lightweight thermocol balls. The tandoor also has four heavy duty swivel castors at the bottom for mobility. The top surface is given a fine finish of mosaic stone.

Mosaic tandoors are made of stainless steel and have a stone base with a double body to maintain heat while cooking. They can be fabricated in any custom size and come with a pilot burner with a lighter push button start and control knob for the gas valve. The inner pot is made of terracotta clay, and the tandoor comes with 10 skewers and a stainless steel 304 lid with a wooden handle.
